Poached Egg on Toast with Chipotle Mayonnaise, Bacon & Avocado Recipe

Gawk. This makes me wish I didn’t skip breakfast. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Maybe lunch perhaps? I love the fact that they use a spicy chipotle sauce as a spread. Can it get any better?

Chipotle Mayonnaise:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably low-fat)
1 chipotle pepper*
1 tsp adobo sauce*
2 tsp fresh lime juice
