Artichoke & Bacon Pizza


grated mozzarella
bacon cut into pieces
artichokes cut into quarters (I used 3 canned that I had available)

Showered it with a little olive oil and took it to the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the pizza began getting golden and crispy.

The topping alternatives are immense, so use your imagination!
I confess that the ingredients that most surprised me in Italy were precisely the artichokes and the potatoes – yes, potato pizza! An amazing combination that will possibly be my next experience … hopefully it will look like this.
