Bacon, Egg & Cheese Oatmeal

This looks sooooooooooooo good. I’ve never been a huge fan of oatmeal, but you add some protien. Done deal.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Oatmeal
Serves 1, but could easily be doubled or tripled

1/4 cup oats (normal serving size is a 1/2 cup but I find that’s too much for me.  If it works for you, go for it!)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
kosher salt
2 slices of bacon
1/4 grated cheese (roughly 1 ounce)
1 egg
