So I was grabbing some food at Trader Joe’s over the weekend. Ran into these delicious looking Beef Tenderloin Wrapped in Uncured Bacon with Steak Seasoning. Cooked them up the other night @ 475 (which in my opinion was way too hot), but they came out looking great. Although the steak inside was a little dry, the taste and texture was amazing. I ended up using a Trader Joe’s spicy muster for a dipping sauce.

Very, very good. So if you want to impress company with a delectable appetizer, give these a try. Very, very easy.
