Maple Bacon Crunch Ice Cream
Bacon Brittle:
6 strips smoky bacon
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup each: corn syrup, water
2 tbsp unsalted butter + more for greasing pan
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground chipotle
Ice Cream:
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup No. 2 maple syrup
