REVIEW: No Name Bacon (4 Stars ****)

Saturday, July 9, 2011 Review by Brian
No Name Bacon

No Name Bacon

So I picked up this bacon at a local grocer. My intent was to pick a fattier bacon for my Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies (which you’ll see on the next post).  After baking the bacon @ 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, here’s what I got:

No Name Bacon

No Name Bacon

This bacon ended up being a delicious, crunchy, fatty, melt in your mouth bacon. I wouldn’t recommend this bacon for everyday eating, but it was perfect for my cookies.  (4 Stars ****)
