Beer, Bacon and Cheddar Bread Recipe

I’m not even sure if I would actually make any type of sandwich out of this. Just throw a bunch of butter on it. Done!

Ingredients

3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
1 egg
12 ounces of your favorite beer
3 pieces thick-cut bacon, diced
1/2 cup (4 ounces) grated sharp white cheddar
