Maple Sugar Bacon, Cheddar & Rosemary Scones
Ran accross this post from one of my new favorite foodie blogs. Although I would love to dip this in a glass of scotch, I think this would be perfect with coffee.

Adapted from King Arthur Flour
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Sugar
4 tablespoons frozen Butter (1/2 stick)
1 cup 1/2″ cubed super sharp Cheddar (I used KerryGold Aged Cheddar)
1 cup cooked, chopped Maple Sugar Bacon (Sugar and Maple Sugar required)
1 tablespoon finely chopped Rosemary
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy cream\
