Sticky Bacon Wrapped Sausages

Meat on meat! (that’s what she said) Can it get any better? This could be served as the perfect appetizer at any restaurant.


Ingredients (serves 4)

4 middle bacon rashers, rind removed, halved lengthways
8 thick beef sausages
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
Salad leaves, to serve
