Bacon Chips

Bacon Chips sound great, but even better when dipped in bacon-jam!



1/2 pd. Bacon loin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teas. salt
1 table. honey mustard
1 table. brown sugar


1. mix brown sugar and honey mustard in a small dish
2. cut/shred bacon loin
3. smother shredded loin with 3/4 of the mustard mixture
4. fry shredded bacon loin for about 2-4 minutes
5. shake salt, and put the rest of the mustard mixture over fried chips and mix
