  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (more if you like spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beer (IPA, Pilsner, or Pale Ale)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sour cream, onion, and/or grated cheese for topping
