Cooking with Beer: Smoky Bacon + Beer Chili

- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp (more if you like spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14.5 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beer (IPA, Pilsner, or Pale Ale)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 can (14.5 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- Sour cream, onion, and/or grated cheese for topping
