Ingredients: 

4 whole Russet potatoes, cleaned
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup of great blue cheese, I used Hook’s Blue Paradise
6 slices of Nueske’s bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
