So I’ve been cooking bread for awhile now, but I have to admit – this recipe is amazing. I can’t wait to try it. I would probably make a bacon peanut butter sandwich out of this.

8 strips of crispy bacon
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup diced fresh tomatoes

4 whole Russet potatoes, cleaned
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup of great blue cheese, I used Hook’s Blue Paradise
6 slices of Nueske’s bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste

Ran across this this one Twitter. I think this is a British recipe – which seems perfect while warming up in a pub, enjoying a pint of Guinness.

  • 160g unsmoked back bacon roughly chopped

Heading out to a Superbowl party and need a app to pass? There have been a lot of posts on bacon-wrapped peppers, but these are filled with cream cheese. Easy enough to prepare  these are sure be a hit! FYI > Be sure to pre-cook the bacon, then wrap everything before cooking a few more minutes. Otherwise you’ll have a melted cheesy mess on your hands. 10 large jalapeño peppers, stemmed and seeded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Avocado
Juice of half a lime
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
10 slices of bacon, sliced in halves

Similar to a Chicken Wellington, these snack-sized portions are amazing. Chicken infused with bacon, wrapped in puff pastry. Turn on the oven and invite your friends!

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
120g (about 2) brown onions, finely chopped
375g bacon slices, finely chopped
1.2kg chicken mince

100g milk
