Bacon Wrapped Chedder Jalapeno Bratwurst

My attempt to bacon wrap everything I grill failed. As soon as I threw this on the grill, the bacon started to sizzle and draw fire up to brat – which started to rapidly shrink the bacon. Needless to say, after only a few minutes the bacon fell off.  I did end up just grilling the bacon, which gave it a really smoky flavor.

Brats (house blend) and bacon came from Rainbow Foods – meat department.

Does anyone know how to keep this from falling apart? I will attempt again! Check back soon!
