Wow…what a find. The site is a UK site – The Whiskey Kitchen.

Not only does this recipe look just wonderful, it is made with scotch whisky. Now, I know there is not any bacon involved, but you could serve my previously posted appetizer and then enjoy this wonderful filet. I made some notes on conversions for those not into metric measurements (like me).
